The Academic Advisory Board of the Department of International Relations held its meeting for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Spring Semester on 17 February 2026 at 15:00 in the International Relations Graduate Classroom, with the participation of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şanal and Dr. Hakan Sipahi from the Accreditation, Academic Evaluation and Quality Coordination Office of Giresun University.

During the meeting, decisions were taken regarding the review of the curriculum, the restructuring of departmental commissions within the framework of the accreditation process, the revision of the department’s mission and vision, the evaluation of departmental activities, the preparation of assignment and undergraduate thesis templates, and the review of programme learning outcomes.
